Smarty Britches: Nouns "Smarty Britches: Nouns" is about a boy who owns a magical pair of britches that teach him about the nouns in his life. It teaches people, animal, place, thing, and idea nouns while also teaching what life is like in the southern state of Arkansas. It comes with free Common Core aligned curriculum at appswithcurriculum.com.

Smarty Britches: Nouns This is an enchanting book app with wonderful illustrations. It does a great job of explaining specific nouns (people, place and things). Speech tip: Read the story with your kids or use the option to "read to me" and then have them think of nouns that begin with their targeted speech sound(s).
